Chiropractor

Robert Horowitz D.C.

Dr. Horowitz was born and raised in New Bedford, MA. He graduated from New Bedford High School in 1978 and went on to college at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. After graduating from Bowdoin, he matriculated at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois.

Upon graduation in 1987, he worked for one year in Holyoke, Massachusetts, before opening the Family Chiropractic Center in New Bedford, on July 5, 1988.

Dr. Horowitz’ is deeply committed to his patients’ total health. He uses the most modern protocols for treating his patients’ conditions. Dr. Horowitz is active in sports and fitness. He takes pride in making sure his office staff handles his patients’ care with professionalism and concern.

The entire staff of Family Chiropractic Center exemplifies the motto – “We care about your health”.

CHIROPRACTOR

KATIE KNOWLES D.C.

For the past 20 years, Dr. Knowles has enjoyed providing chiropractic services for the south coast region of Massachusetts. Dr. Knowles is a lifelong resident of New Bedford. She graduated from New Bedford High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater State College.

She then attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude.

After graduation, Dr. Knowles opened Brockton Spine & Rehab in Brockton, MA, where she cared for patients for eight years. She subsequently worked at First Choice Chiropractic in Fall River, MA.

Dr. Knowles is happy to be treating patients in her hometown of New Bedford, where she currently resides with her family.
